1. Will I get full-sized products?
Yes, all products included are full size unless otherwise stated.
2. Can I choose the shades or items?
These are mystery bundles, so items are selected at random. However, you can add your shade/skin tone preferences in the notes at checkout and we’ll do our best to match them—though this isn’t guaranteed.
3. Will I receive duplicate items if I order more than one bundle?
Possibly. While we try our best to avoid duplicates across multiple orders, it can happen due to the random nature of the bundles.
4. Is the value really more than I pay?
Yes! Your bundle will always contain products worth more than what you paid, based on full retail prices. Current discounts do not affect the calculation of the bundle value.
5, Can I return or exchange mystery items?
Unfortunately, mystery bundles are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless an item is faulty.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused and unopened items.

We do not accept returns for used products, unless they arrive damaged.

If an item is damaged, we’ll cover return shipping. For all other returns, customers cover return shipping costs.
